I came across holistic therapies to help with some long-term health issues I was facing. The effect was transformative and inspired me to explore this further.
I studied with the CTS and Edinburgh Napier University, graduating with distinction in Clinical Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Anatomy & Physiology.
Reflexology fascinates me and I’ve expanded my knowledge from teachers like Spiros Dimitrakoulas and Heidi Armstrong.
I am part of the PVG scheme (Protection for Vulnerable Groups) and am fully insured with Balens. I’ve also worked at St Columba’s Hospice and really enjoyed giving treatments in that setting.
Previously I have worked as a support worker, as well as various roles in the arts & culture world. I’ve led workshops across the UK and enjoy teaching and facilitation. I continue to work in the arts, mainly as a writer and community-engagement projects.
Outside of ‘all this’, I enjoy Qigong, dancing, cooking, camping and other good things!
