I came across holistic therapies to help with some long-term health issues I was facing. The effect was transformative and inspired me to explore this further.

I studied with the CTS and Edinburgh Napier University, graduating with distinction in Clinical Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Anatomy & Physiology.

Reflexology fascinates me and I’m very lucky to have studied with teachers like Spiros Dimitrakoulas and Heidi Armstrong to expand my knowledge.

I am part of the PVG scheme (Protection for Vulnerable Groups), a member of the Association for Reflexologists and am fully insured with Balens. I’ve also worked at St Columba’s Hospice and really enjoyed giving treatments in that setting.

Previously I have worked as a support worker, as well as various roles in the arts & culture world. I’ve led workshops across the UK and enjoy teaching and facilitation. I continue to work in the arts, mainly as a writer and community-engagement projects. You can see more of my work here.

Outside of ‘all this’, I enjoy Qigong, dancing, cooking, hiking / camping and other good things!
